• Round trip transfers between Denver International
  Airport or Vail / Eagle County Airport and your lodging

• This “Transportation Package” requires that you have
  also purchased at least two (2) nights lodging at Vail, Beaver
  Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone or their vicinity.

• A deposit of $100.00 per airline seat is required in order to hold space if booked outside 30 days prior to travel. Full payment is due at time of booking if booked within 30 days prior to arrival. **No space will be held, and rates are not guaranteed until a deposit has been made.**
• Air tickets are electronic and the booking agent will email a confirmation to you.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are NON- REFUNDABLE.
• Voluntary changes can only be accommodated up to 30 days prior to departure.
  (Voluntary changes inside 30 days are allowed at a $125.00 fee per change along with any increase in the fare). Name changes are not allowed.
• Any information for distribution to your group participants regarding this program must be reviewed by the Group Air Sales Manager prior to distribution to attendees.
