CRASH 2008 TRAVEL INFORMATION

Transportation Package:

  • Round-trip air on American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Northwest or United Airlines
  • Transfers between Denver International Airport or Vail/Eagle Airport
  • This 'Transportation Package' requires that you have purchased at least two nights lodging in Eagle County, and that you purchase your ground transportation also with Travel Services.
  • Bulk Contract or Retail Airfare will be quoted - whichever is lowest
Group Booking Procedure:
  • Packages must be booked through Vail Resorts Management Company (dba Travel Services) at
    888-223-7902, Group Code WTCCCR8
  • A deposit of $100 per airline seat is required to hold space if booked outside 30 days prior to travel. Full payment is due at time of booking if booked within 30 days prior to arrival. -- No space will be held and rates not guaranteed until a deposit has been made.--
  • Tickets will be mailed to the individual via U.S. Mail approximately 14 to 21 days prior to travel.
  • Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are NON-REFUNDABLE
  • Schedule changes can only be accommodated up to 30 days prior to departure. Changes inside 30 days are allowed at a $125 fee per change PLUS any increase in fare. Name changes are not allowed.
